Lennie Wyatt

Lennie Wyatt is President of United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) Local 75. In addition to serving as Vice President of UFCW International Union, Lennie is Secretary-Treasurer of the UFCW Four State Regional Council and a Trustee on Taft-Hartley Pension Funds and Health and Welfare Insurance Funds.
In 2009, Lennie was appointed by Governor Ted Strickland, to a position on the Board of Ohio Public Employees Retirement System (OPERS), one of the largest public employee funds in the country. Lennie is a former Chairman of the Cincinnati United Way Campaign and Board Member of the University of Cincinnati Business and Industry Council.
Prior to becoming President of UFCW Local 75, Lennie served as President of Local 1099 and has held numerous positions within former Local 1099 including Secretary-Treasurer, Director of Education, Union Representative and Union Organizer. He also worked for the Kroger Company.
Lennie received his Master of Arts Degree in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts and his Bachelor of Arts Degree, also in Labor Studies, from Antioch University. He attended Lawrenceburg High School. Lennie has been designated as Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Steve Culter

Steve Culter, UFCW Local 75 Secretary-Treasurer, serves as Vice President of the Four State Regional Council, and as Trustee of Taft-Hartley Pension Funds and Health and Welfare Insurance Fund.
Steve has held a number of positions within former Local 1099, including Assistant to Secretary-Treasurer, Organizing Director, Director of Representatives, Union Representative and Union Steward for GOA. He has also been an Organizing Director, Organizer, and Union Representative for former UFCW Locals 1552 and 1982, Organizer for Retail Clerks Union, and a Clerk and Union Steward for A&P.
Mr. Culter received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies from Antioch University and is a graduate of Belmont High School. Steve is a United State Marine Corps Veteran.

Scott Adkins is a Union Representative and former Organizer for UFCW Local 75. Scott is a member of the A. Philip Randolph Institute, NAACP, LCLAA, UFCW United Latinos and Clark County Labor Coalition. He is an AFL-CIO/United Way Union Counselors Program Certified Union Counselor. While working for Meijer, Scott received the award for Steward of the Year. He has also worked as Special Project Union Organizer.
Scott has studied Collective Bargaining, Federal Mediation, Arbitration, Labor History, FMLA and ADA at Clark State University. He is a graduate of Northwestern High School. Scott is a resident of Clark County where he lives with wife, Melissa. He has five children: Breanna, Brandi, Olivia, Will, and Ben.

Tom Bierman is UFCW Local 75 Director of Finance and an Executive Board Member. A Certified Public Accountant, Tom served as Director of Finance for UFCW Local 1099 and has worked for the Kroger Company.
Tom graduated from Miami University in Miami, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business and attended Colerain High School. Bierman and his wife, Michelle, reside in Cincinnati and are parents to Jessica Ann, Zachary Thomas and Matthew Robert. He is a member of St. James Parish.

Karen Brown is a Union Representative and Southern Representatives Coordinator for UFCW Local 75. She serves as Recording Secretary for the Coalition of Black Trade Unionists, Cincinnati Chapter and as a member of A. Previously, Karen worked as Customer Service Representative, Chief Union Steward and United Way Co-Chair for the Kentucky American Water Company and as Lead Teller at Greater Financial Federal Savings & Loan.
Karen received her Bachelor of Arts in Organizations Management from Midway College and attended University of Kentucky, Lexington Community College.

Doug Burgstaller is a UFCW Local 75 Union Representative and Executive Board Member. He served as Union Steward for many of the years he was employed with The Kroger Company. Doug has served on the Executive Board of the Dayton AFL-CIO, as an officer with the Clark County Labor Support Coalition, and on numerous candidate, legislative, and issue campaign committees.
Doug attended the George Meany Center for Labor Studies, National Labor College, Clark State Community College, and is a graduate of Springfield Catholic Central High School. He resides in Springfield, Ohio with his wife, Paula, where they are members of St. Bernard Parish. They have a daughter, Erin.

James (Jim) Cooke

Jim Cooke works for UFCW Local 75 as a Union Representative. He is a former President and Treasurer of the Clark County Community Labor Support Coalition and has served as Labor Chairperson for the United Way of Clark and Champaign Counties and as a Labor Representative for its Admissions and Allocation Committee (United Way of Clark and Champaign Counties). Jim was a Union Counselor for AFL-CIO/United Way Union Counselors Program and a Union Steward while working for Kroger.
Jim has represented the Union as a Legislative Representative in Washington, D.C., Columbus, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Ind. and was honored as Union Steward of the Year in 1994. He also received the 2001 Community Service Award from the United Way of Clark and Champaign Counties.
Jim received his Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies from the National Labor College, receiving high honors for his senior paper. He has also studied at Clark State Community College, Wright State University and Cincinnati State Community College.

Jeff Crider is a Union Representative for UFCW Local 75. He is a former Union Steward and member of the Bargaining Committee. Prior to becoming a representative, Jeff worked for Kroger and Fazio’s.
Jeff attended the George Meany Center (Labor Studies for Organizing I, Organizing II – Advanced Techniques in Organizing), the AFL-CIO Organizing Institute (Labor Law for Organizers), UFCW International New Representative Training and University of Kentucky, handling past practice grievances.

Bill Dudley

Bill Dudley serves as UFCW Local 75 Director of Legislative and Strategic Campaigns. Bill is a City Coordinator of the Cincinnati Change to Win Federation and was Teaching Fellow at the Organizing Institute. He is a former UE District 7 President and National Vice President and Executive Board Member for the United Way – Dayton. Mr. Dudley is a recipient of the Dayton AFL-CIO Labor Leadership Award and was recognized as UFCW Region 4 Organizer of the Year. He has completed Organizing I and II Training through the George Meany Center.
Prior to his position, Bill was Director of Strategic Operations and Organizing for UFCW Local 1099, and worked for United Electrical Radio and Machine Workers Union Local 764 & District 7, American Building Company and Moore’s IGA.
Bill earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies from Antioch University, and graduated from Xenia High School. He resides with wife Amy in Mason, Ohio and is father to Kyle, United State Marine Corps Veteran. They have a dog named Cacy.

Kevin Garvey

Kevin Garvey serves as a member of UFCW Local 75 Executive Board and as Trustee on UFCW Non-Food Pension Fund. He holds certifications in various labor education programs and was an endorsed candidate for State Representative (Indiana House District 55) in 2000. He is a member of Dearborn County, Indiana Democrats.
Kevin has served as Director of Collective Bargaining, Director of Representatives, Assistant Director of Representatives, and as a Union Representative, all with UFCW Local 1099. He also worked as Apprentice/Journeyman and Member and Steward, Local 60 Butchers Union at Keller’s Market and as a member of Local 7 Butchers Union while working at John Morrell Packing Company.
Kevin earned his Master of Science Degree in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts and his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Labor Studies form Antioch University. He also attended University of Cincinnati and graduated from Roger Bacon High School. Kevin lives in Bright, Ind., is married to Paige and is father to K.C., Joe, Katie and Morgan. He is a member of St. Teresa Parish.
Jessica Gibbons is a Union Representative for UFCW Local 75. She also serves as UFCW Region 4 Women’s Network Coordinator and as a Union Counselor for AFL-CIO/United Way Union Counselors Program. Jessica has served as a Union Representative for the UFCW International Union and as an Organizer for UFCW Local 1099, as well as a cashier and pharmacy technician at Giant Food.

Brigid Kelly is UFCW Local 75 Director of Political Programs and Communications. She is a former Norwood City Council Member, Executive Co-Chair of the Hamilton County Democratic Party. She is a past President of Hamilton County Young Democrats and former Vice Chair of the Young Democrats of America National Labor Caucus.
Brigid served as Director of Political Programs and Communications and as an Organizer with UFCW Local 1099, and was Special Projects Coordinator for Cincinnati AFL-CIO Labor Council.

Pamela Newport serves as In-House Counsel for UFCW Local 75. Prior to joining UFCW Local 75 in 2008, Pamela worked as an Associate Attorney at Manley Burke, LPA. She is a member of the Ohio Bar and United States District Court, Southern District of Ohio. Pamela also provides pro bono legal services through the Volunteer Lawyers Project, run through the Cincinnati Legal Aid Society. In addition, Pamela co-teaches a course entitled "Current Problems in International Women's Human Rights" at the University of Cincinnati.
Pamela Earned her J.D., Law in 2005 from the University of Cincinnati. She has an M.A. in Women’s Studies and received her B.A. with Honors in Communication. Pamela is a graduate of Colerain High School, and she lives in Mt. Healthy, Ohio with her husband, James Wolf, and son, Cameron.
